As most of our products are custom-made, cancellations or returns due to personal preferences (“change of mind”or “I don’t need it anymore”) are not accepted.
2. Return at the Time of Delivery
Upon receiving your delivery, please open the package in front of the delivery personnel.
If the product is found to be damaged, torn, or defective, please notify us immediately and return the product on the spot.
A replacement product will be arranged and shipped to you at the earliest possible time.
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
Products cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as dislike of color, design, or change of preference.
Since every product is tailored especially for you, such cases are strictly non-returnable.
4. Refunds
